Learn how to build your program, strengthen public relations, take part in a master class with your band and a leading educator, and observe top clinicians working with ensembles.

Salt & Pepper Clinic with a Pro Band

In this signature clinic format, students are seated alongside professional musicians, creating an immersive learning environment. The student ensemble performs while the professionals listen closely to their counterparts, followed by real-time feedback from the clinician. Professional band members then work directly with students in one-on-one settings to address technique, style, and interpretation. The student ensemble replays the chart incorporating this guidance, after which the professional band demonstrates the same chart. The clinic concludes with a final combined performance featuring both students and professional musicians.
